Position Description

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Education, incumbent performs aesthetic medicine training/education, which includes, Botox, Restylyne, Mesotherapy, Collagen, and spider vein therapy to physicians and there staff. They will also be clinically educating on laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and Foto Facial.

Common Essential Duties And Responsibilities

In this position, either directly or through effective coordination with others, the incumbent will:

•  Educating new physician aesthetic practices and there staff on all aesthetic medicines and devices.

•  Maintain and administer accurate and up-to-date information on all aesthetic treatments and practices.

Background/Experience

To qualify for this position, the following background and skill levels are required:

•  A BSN or MSN Degree in Nursing,

•  Must have at least 1 year of nursing experience preferably in dermatology or plastics, but not required.

•  Must be willing to travel 50% of the time.

Necessary Skills, Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions

The following skills and abilities must be demonstrated at a proficient level:

•  Develops and maintains excellent working relationships with physicians and there staff, employees and management personnel.

•  Performs work under altering time schedules and stress, which are normally periodic or cyclical and include time sensitive job stress, fatigue, over-time, communications and intellectual challenge talking with doctors and medical practice personnel.

•  Periodically works additional hours beyond normal schedule including scheduled weekends.

•  Cooperates and works directly with customers, sales, and marketing and customer communications team members. A wide degree of coordination and cooperative quality assurance control of self and others is expected.
